Wage Drive
In August 2008 the EPMU held the Work Rights Wage Drive, a series of 25 rallies nationwide to push for stronger work rights and higher wages.
At the rallies 16,500 union members unanimously endorsed the EPMU's Work Rights Checklist. The EPMU will now use the Checklist as a measure to judge political parties and their policies this election.
